Overview
Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking suitable contractors to undertake the construction of the Strathbogie Walking Track under a lump sum contract, delivered as Contract 26-27-05.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of all labour, supervision, plant, equipment, materials, design services, testing, certifications, and approvals necessary to complete the works
- Completion of the works in accordance with the Contract, approved drawings, specifications, and all applicable standards and statutory requirements
Information Requested
- A schedule of rates price completed in Schedule 1; failure to supply this will result in the tender not being evaluated
- All Tender Schedules must be completed for the submission to be evaluated
Instructions to Tenderers
- Sufficient time must be allowed to upload submissions prior to the 4pm deadline; tenderers are advised to familiarise themselves with the online form and uploading options via the 'Response' tab
- Late submissions in any format will not be accepted; if a submission is midway through upload when the clock reaches 4:00pm, it will not be accepted and cannot be continued
- A good quality network or internet connection is recommended
- All communications regarding the submission must be made via Tendersearch using the 'Questions' tab
