Overview
The Shire of Dardanup is seeking suitably qualified and experienced respondents to submit an offer for the provision of Bridge Maintenance, Repair Services and Level 1 Inspections for both rural and townsite bridges. The Shire is seeking a value-for-money outcome that supports transparent, fair and competitive procurement while meeting all required standards, timeframes and contractual obligations.

The Shire of Dardanup is a local government area in the South West region of Western Australia, immediately to the east and southeast of the city of Bunbury and about 180 kilometres south of the state capital, Perth.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Bridge maintenance services for rural and townsite bridges
- Bridge repair services for rural and townsite bridges
- Level 1 bridge inspections for rural and townsite bridges
Contractor Requirements
- Respondents should ensure their submissions address the requirements of the RFT in full and demonstrate their capacity to deliver the required outcomes
Instructions to Tenderers
- Tender documents must be obtained after registration
- Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box
- Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated, upon completion
- Tenders submitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted for evaluation
- The lowest or any response will not necessarily be accepted
- Canvassing of Shire of Dardanup Councillors or staff will disqualify tenderers from the evaluation process
