Bayside City Council (NSW) is seeking a lead consultancy for the design of a carpark within Sir Joseph Banks Park, with frontage to Foreshore Road, Botany.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Design of a carpark within Sir Joseph Banks Park with frontage to Foreshore Road, Botany
  • Appropriate consideration of the carpark's interface with the park, including its character and context
  • Engagement of sub-consultants by the lead consultant to deliver the design
  • Site investigations
  • Development of concept design options
  • Preparation of community engagement materials
  • Detailed design
  • Preparation of a fully coordinated set of Issued For Tender (IFT) and Issued For Construction (IFC) documentation

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • Contract award is anticipated to be late November 2026
  • The program is anticipated to commence in December 2026
