Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Department of Conservation (NZ) is seeking a contractor to undertake restoration and preservation works to the historic St James Woolshed, a heritage building located in North Canterbury.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Restoration and preservation works to maintain the historical integrity of the St James Woolshed
  • Installation of new central piles
  • Patching of the original roofing iron
  • Partial repairs to the original timber flooring
  • Construction of new entrance steps
