Overview
Glen Eira City Council invites tenders for the provision of Catering Services to Council for a range of functions and events for Councillors, staff and guests.
Purpose
The purpose of this Tender is to form a Contract with one or a number of successful Tenderers to establish a Contract, or to form a panel of pre-qualified Contractors that will be engaged from time to time over a Contract period to undertake services as per the Specification and on projects whenever the need arises. A Panel of Contractors may be appointed.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Formal meals
- Receptions
- Standard and gourmet sandwiches
- Buffet meals
- Informal catering services
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably experienced catering organisation with a demonstrated track record of providing quality, timely and cost-effective Catering Services
Site Inspection
- Date: Wednesday 19 August 2026
- Time: Between 10.00 am and 11.00 am, and between 12.00 pm and 13.00 pm
