Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Perth is inviting Offers to establish a panel of pre-qualified suppliers for the provision of occupational health, medical screening and health monitoring services.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Alcohol and other drug testing (random, causal and suspect)
  • Pre-employment medicals, including functional and psychometric testing
  • Medical reviews for declared prescription medicines
  • Fitness for work assessments (physical and psychological)
  • Health surveillance, including audiometry, vaccinations, and hazardous substances monitoring

Offers are to be submitted in accordance with this Invitation for the establishment of a panel of pre-qualified suppliers.
