Tender Description
Overview
The Department of Primary Industries (DPI), through Research Infrastructure, requires the provision of cleaning services for Bribie Island Research Facility.
Scope
Cleaning tasks are completed on a scheduled basis, ranging from daily cleaning tasks to annual and on-demand activities. The scope includes:
- Flooring
- Window glass, sills and internal walls, ceilings
- Toilets, washrooms, showers and locker rooms
- Kitchen and breakout areas
- Office areas, hallways, lab rooms and furniture
Contractor Requirements
- The supplier will be required to supply the required consumables, plant and equipment to undertake the services
Contract Terms and Conditions
- The initial contract term is until 31 October 2027
- Two (2) 12-month extension options are available
- The complete contract requirements are specified in Schedule 1 of the attached 'Contract Details'
Tender Briefing and Site Inspection
This RFQ has a mandatory industry briefing and site visit.
