Technical Security Services – CCTV Services and Alarm & Access Control Systems

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Townsville City Council (the Principal) is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) services and Access Control services (Gallagher system), including maintenance, reactive repairs and installations across the Principal's facilities.

Objectives

The objective of this tender is to engage a qualified Supplier/s to deliver comprehensive access control solutions and CCTV services for the Principal's facilities. The appointed Supplier/s will ensure that all services align with industry standards, operational requirements, and the Principal's strategic commitment to security, reliability and innovation.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of CCTV services, including maintenance, reactive repairs and installations
• Provision of Access Control services on the Gallagher platform
• Scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs and installation of access control infrastructure across the Principal's facilities
• Supply, installation and ongoing maintenance of the Principal's access control and CCTV systems

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of CCTV and access control services
