Overview
Bendigo Kangan Institute is seeking a contractor for the demolition, reconfiguration and upgrade of existing chilled water infrastructure at Kangan ACE Docklands, 1 Batmans Hill Drive, Docklands VIC 3008.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Removal of redundant cooling systems
- Reconfiguration and upgrade of existing chilled water infrastructure
- Installation of a chilled water decoupler
- Controls upgrades to support future chiller replacement works
