The Shire of Yilgarn invites written tenders for the purchase of one (1) surplus Caterpillar 12M Motor Grader, sold "as is, where is."

The grader has been used in the Shire's road construction and maintenance operations and is being offered for sale following its replacement.

Interested parties are encouraged to inspect the grader by appointment prior to submitting a tender. Inspections can be arranged by contacting Glen Brigg, Executive Manager Infrastructure, Shire of Yilgarn, phone (08) 9049 1001, email works@yilgarn.wa.gov.au.

Instructions to Tenderers

Tender documents are available by contacting the Shire of Yilgarn Administration Office.

Tenders may be submitted by either:

• Electronic Submission: Email to ceo@yilgarn.wa.gov.au with the subject line "CONFIDENTIAL GRADER TENDER"
• Hard Copy: Sealed envelope clearly marked "CONFIDENTIAL GRADER TENDER", lodged in the Tender Box at the Shire Administration Office, 23 Antares Street, Southern Cross WA 6426

Late tenders will not be accepted. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Shire reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and to negotiate with the preferred tenderer.
