Colac Otway Shire Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to replace aging and inefficient HVAC assets at the COPACC Reception and Gellibrand Street Office in Colac.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Replacement of aging and inefficient HVAC assets at the COPACC Reception and Gellibrand Street Office
- Installation of modern, energy-efficient HVAC systems meeting current operational and compliance requirements
Instructions to Tenderers
