Christchurch City Council is seeking a suitable contractor to complete boat storage yard works as part of Stage 4 of the Naval Point Development Plan.

About

Stage 4 of the Naval Point Development Plan includes upgrades to a newly acquired parcel of land to develop a new boat storage area, forming a critical step in establishing new lease areas for the site.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Boat yard storage works
• Resurfacing works
• Works to facilitate the relocation of boats
• Works to enable the commencement of the next phase of the project
