The Riversdale School Board of Trustees is seeking an experienced main contractor to complete the upgrade and remodelling of two teaching spaces at Riversdale School, on behalf of the Ministry of Education (NZ).

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Installation of new double-glazed aluminium window inserts to the north elevation, matching the existing profile of the south windows
  • Installation of new wall fabric
  • Installation of new joinery units
  • Refurbishment of existing joinery
  • Painting
