Overview
The Reserve Bank of Australia ABN 50 008 559 486 (the Bank) invites proposals for the provision of data strategy and AI-enabled process optimisation advisory services, in accordance with the Digital Marketplace Panel 2 request for quote terms and conditions.
Purpose
The Bank is developing its strategic priorities for its next planning horizon, FY28–31, and has identified a need to strengthen the foundations of its policy groups, including its data environment and the use of AI to streamline processes and improve the quality of research, analysis, advice, monetary policy and regulatory operations. This engagement forms the initial tranche of that broader priority.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Assessing the current state of the policy departments' data environment and AI enablement
- Defining a target future state for the data environment and AI enablement
- Producing a high-level plan, including indicative costs, to close the gap between the current and target future state
- Informing a Business Case and roadmap for change
Contract Terms and Conditions
- The commercial model for the Contract required by the Bank is a fixed price for delivery of the Supply
