Overview
The Local Government Association of South Australia (SA) invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to be appointed to the Marketing, Communications and Creative Services Approved Suppliers Panel under an Approved Supplier Agreement (ASA).
Purpose
The Panel is intended to support participating South Australian Councils and eligible Entities (Customers) in procuring cost-effective, high-quality, compliant and contemporary marketing, communications, creative, digital and event management services.
Scope
Services under this Panel include, but are not limited to:
- Marketing and advertising
- Creative services and video production
- Digital and web
- Communications, PR and community engagement
- Event management
Tenderers may nominate for one, several, or all categories and sub-categories of work.
Contract Terms and Conditions
- The Panel will operate on a non-exclusive and non-mandatory basis, allowing individual Customers the flexibility to engage suppliers in accordance with their specific operational requirements and internal procurement processes
Contractor Requirements
- All services and goods provided under this Panel must comply with recognised industry standards and best practices, including relevant Australian Standards, legislation, codes of practice, privacy obligations, accessibility standards, advertising requirements and Customer policies applicable to the services
