Supply of Patient Temperature Management Equipment

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Monash Health has issued an Invitation to Supply (ITS) / Request for Tender (RFT) seeking responses with the intention of appointing a Preferred Supplier to provide the required Temperature Management Systems and related support.

Monash Health reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine which of its departments, related services, participating health services and related body corporates become a party to any contract awarded subsequent to this ITS. Monash Health does not make any representations regarding the volume or quantities likely to be purchased pursuant to any subsequent contract.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply of Patient Temperature Management Systems to Monash Health
• Ongoing support and maintenance of the supplied Temperature Management Systems
• Provision of associated consumables

Tenderers must provide costings for all deliverables, consumables and maintenance.

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Prices provided must remain fixed for the term of the contract
• All prices must be firm and valid for acceptance within 120 days of the Closing Date of this ITS

Instructions to Tenderers

All tenders must be submitted via the Oracle Fusion portal. Suppliers will need to register on Fusion to obtain tender documents and respond to the tender. Please ensure you do not duplicate registration of your organisation.
