Tender Description
Overview
The Department for Education (SA) is seeking to acquire an off-the-shelf digital solution that enables the Department to manage compliance, service activity and operational visibility for its current fleet of buses.
Scope
The scope is divided into the following packages:
- Package 1, Maintenance Management System requirements: Capability to manage maintenance evidence, planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party maintenance updates and maintenance status reporting, including the ability to track buses currently undergoing maintenance, buses in service and buses due to be taken off the road for maintenance over a nominated period
- Package 2, GPS System requirements: Capability to support vehicle location visibility and fleet status reporting
- Package 3, CCTV storage requirements: Capability to upload CCTV data to the cloud associated with buses. The required CCTV storage limits will be determined through the procurement process and will depend on Supplier proposals
