Overview
Wollongong City Council wishes to engage a contractor to develop a tourist park strategy and master plan for its three tourist parks.
Purpose
The purpose of the project is to optimise the financial performance, operating model and long-term sustainability of Wollongong City Council's tourist parks. This will be achieved through the identification of best-fit operational and park configurations, benchmarking against industry leaders and comparable tourist park operators, assessment of key operational, financial and strategic risks, and evaluation of future opportunities for growth.

The scope includes:
- Development of a tourist park strategy and master plan covering Council's three tourist parks
- Identification of best-fit operational and park configurations
- Benchmarking against industry leaders and comparable tourist park operators
- Assessment of key operational, financial and strategic risks
- Evaluation of future opportunities for growth
