Dorset Council is seeking quotes from a qualified consultant to conduct a feasibility assessment into the options for enclosing and year-round operations at the Scottsdale Aquatic Centre.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Comparative analysis of enclosure options for the existing 25m and 15m outdoor pools at the Scottsdale Aquatic Centre
  • Building on established needs indicated by council run surveys and long term or historical community feedback to determine current and future demand
  • Undertaking life cycle costings
  • Operational modelling
  • Recommendations for viable implementation and operation

Contractor Requirements

  • Consultant must be suitably qualified to undertake the feasibility assessment
