Tender Description
Overview
The Department of Primary Industries (QLD) has a requirement for the provision of cleaning services at the Gatton Research Facility to ensure a clean, safe work environment and facilities for workers, visitors, consultants and contractors.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of cleaning services at the Site to maintain a clean, safe work environment for workers, visitors, consultants and contractors
- Cleaning of the following buildings, as outlined in Appendix 1, Site Plan: Office Building/Reception, Conference Room, Exterior BBQ/Pergola Area, Farm Office/Lunch Room, Office Building Farm Area (QPWS and LVGA), and Toilet Block (behind Pathology Laboratory)
- Provision, at the Supplier's own cost and expense, of all personnel, plant, equipment, chemicals, and consumables required to deliver the cleaning services
- Selection and use of chemicals capable of providing both visible (aesthetic) and hygienic (microbiological) cleaning results
- Provision of all safety signage and fall from height protection equipment required for the works
- Provision of all labour and plant required for travel to and from site, including vehicular travel
- Performance of regular cleaning services between 4:00 pm and 6:30 pm each weekday, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends
- Performance of periodical cleaning activities over weekends, where prior authorisation is obtained from the Customer's contract manager
