Preferred Supplier Arrangement for the supply of Timber, Pegs, Logs and Sheeting

Mackay Regional Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the reliable and continuous provision of various timber, pegs, logs and sheeting, and associated products. These materials are essential to support the Council's ongoing infrastructure development, asset maintenance, and construction activities across the region.

Objectives

The objective is to establish a contractual arrangement with supplier(s) who can consistently deliver high-quality products across a broad range of categories.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply of timber, pegs, logs and sheeting
• Supply of associated products

Contractor Requirements

• Demonstrated capability to meet Council's requirements in terms of product range, quality, compliance with relevant standards, and timely delivery
