25/26 ARP Bus Stop Accessibility Upgrades - Construction

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City and Environment Directorate (ACT) is seeking a contractor to undertake construction works for bus stop accessibility upgrades to meet Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliance requirements.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Construction of bus stop accessibility upgrades to meet DDA compliance, as detailed in the Construction tender drawing
• Construction works at 12 bus stop sites (Pay Item 1-13), which form the tender price
• Pricing of 4 additional bus stop sites (Pay Item 14-17), which are not included in the tender price

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The budget for the project is capped
• One or more of the 4 sites priced under Pay Item 14-17 may be added into the contract
• An extension of time of 1 week per site will be added to the contract period if requested for any of the added sites
• No loss of profit or overhead will be paid for Pay Items 14-17 if they are not constructed
