Overview
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking 1 x EL1 Salesforce User Experience (UX) Lead as a Labour Hire Worker.
The Role
The Salesforce UX Lead operates under broad direction and is accountable for complex work that shapes how NDIA designs and delivers user-centred experiences on Salesforce-supported platforms. The role provides leadership, advice, and design oversight to ensure digital products are intuitive, inclusive, accessible, and aligned with NDIA standards and strategic intent.
The role includes:
- Leading design activities across initiatives that use Salesforce as an enabling platform
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate user needs into practical, scalable design solutions
- Influencing senior stakeholders and applying inclusive design practices to improve participant and staff experiences
- Supporting uplift in user-centred design capability within NDIA's Experience Design function
- Guiding teams in selecting appropriate design patterns
- Ensuring user experience considerations are embedded early in delivery
- Representing user needs and supporting co-design and testing activities
- Ensuring Salesforce-based digital experiences are consistent, accessible, and aligned with NDIA's design standards and service expectations
Role Requirements
The proposed rate should reflect the candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates who do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process.
Eligibility
As part of the eligibility and suitability requirement, NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only. Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check.
Contractor Requirements
- Applicable for ACT, VIC, and QLD: labour hire licences are required in the state in which specified personnel are being contracted
