Provision of Cleaning Services to Various WACHS Corporate Offices in Broome and Ad Hoc Cleaning for Remote Clinics

WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is seeking Offers for cleaning services to various WACHS Corporate Offices in Broome and ad hoc cleaning for remote clinics, as part of a refresh of the existing WACHS20229187 Cleaning Services Panel.

Purpose

This Request seeks to refresh the existing WACHS20229187 Cleaning Services Panel and invite Offers for Category 3, Community Health.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Cleaning services for the Broome Community and Child Health Centre, a hybrid clinical and corporate facility
• Delivery of services in accordance with the Specification/Statement of Requirements

Contract Terms and Conditions

• WACHS intends to appoint a single contractor for this site, while reserving the right to establish a supplier panel
• Existing panel categories for Corporate Offices and Remote Area Clinics/Staff Accommodation are not included in this Request

Tender Briefing and Site Inspection

A mandatory site visit and briefing will be held for the WACHS20229187A Provision of Cleaning Services to Various WACHS Corporate Offices in Broome and Ad Hoc Cleaning for Remote Clinics (Refresh).

Respondents are required to attend if they intend to submit an Offer to be eligible for consideration, including Respondents who may have had previous experience providing Services at this location. Respondents will be required to sign in with the following details:

• Business Name
• ACN or ABN

A maximum of two (2) representatives from each organisation are to attend the site briefing. Failure to attend the briefing for the relevant site will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration. Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
