Overview
Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission is seeking market insights through this Request for Information (RFI) to help government adopt modern delivery models, accelerate innovation, and take advantage of emerging technologies, such as AI. The Commission is interested in understanding where the market is heading and how contemporary Cloud approaches can improve performance, reduce cost, and strengthen interoperability.
Respondents are encouraged to present pragmatic, achievable, and forward-looking solutions, including alternative models that go beyond traditional patterns used in government.
Purpose
The purpose of this RFI is to engage the market to understand the range of capabilities, approaches, and delivery models that can support an All of Government transition to modern Cloud migration and hosting services at scale.
This RFI seeks insights that will help shape an All of Government approach capable of reducing duplication, strengthening security and resilience, and removing the long-standing constraints created by legacy systems that have been difficult to modernise or migrate.
