Overview
Tiaki Wai is seeking a supplier to provide a customer portal software solution, together with implementation services and ongoing support (the Portal). The Portal provides the interface for customers to interact with Tiaki Wai's customer care and billing system to raise and track service requests, manage their accounts, pay bills and view transaction history.
About
Customer care and billing services are currently provided by the four councils on an interim basis. These arrangements are largely manual, with only basic digital contact currently available.
Purpose
This procurement is critical to Tiaki Wai because the Portal underpins the customer self-service experience and supports billing and revenue collection.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of a customer portal software solution (the Portal)
- Implementation services for the Portal
- Ongoing support services for the Portal
- Providing an interface for customers to interact with Tiaki Wai's customer care and billing system, including raising and tracking service requests, managing accounts, paying bills, and viewing transaction history
