Overview
Penrith City Council is seeking a bar provider for Real Festival 2026.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Completing site visits as required with Council's project lead
- Obtaining all licensing approvals required for Festival trade
- Discussing all furnishings and décor being provided with Council's project lead
- Collaborating with Council to develop a well rounded menu that reflects and showcases locally crafted produce, including bespoke menu options addressing the theme of Flight
- Submitting all required event infrastructure prior to 11 August 2026, with infrastructure and furnishings discussed prior to the event and finalised through Council's selected infrastructure supplier unless otherwise specified or agreed
- Supplying all décor for bar service points and otherwise, unless specified, subject to Council approval
- Supplying all stock required for bar service
- Providing all power and plant requirements prior to the event
- Providing staffing and labour to facilitate bar sales
- Providing an onsite supervisor for the duration of service
Council will provide RSA Marshalls through security services.
Contractor Requirements
- All staff providing bar service must hold valid RSA qualifications
Contract Terms and Conditions
- All profits from sales will be retained by the respondent
- Council will consider provision of a minimum spend or flat fee payable to the respondent should a reasonable profit not be achieved on site
