The University of Newcastle is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitable Principal Contractors for its Gosford Student Accommodation building, to be located at the former Central Coast Council Administration Building at 49–51 Mann Street, Gosford.

Instructions to Tenderers

Respondents who submit a suitable Expression of Interest will be shortlisted to submit a Request for Tender (RFT) for delivery of the Gosford Student Accommodation building as Principal Contractor.
