Overview
Penrith City Council is calling for responses from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to provide cleaning services for community facilities within the Penrith Local Government Area (the Project), as further described in Attachment 3 of the RFT, the Contract Scope of Services.
Scope
The scope of services involves cleaning designated community facilities across four categories of service:
- Community Facilities, comprising Community Centres, Halls, Neighbourhood Centres, Youth Centres, and Senior's Centres
- Leisure Centres
- Childcare Facilities
- Libraries and the St Marys Queen Street Administration Building
Tender Briefing
Council will hold onsite and online briefing sessions for tenderers on 11 and 12 August 2026.

- Registration method: All registrations must be made through the Tendering System/Online Forum via the VendorPanel Forum
When registering, tenderers must provide the business name, representative name, representative title, and representative contact number.
