Tender Description
Overview
The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) invites Expressions of Interest for the appointment of a Master Caterer to deliver catering services across NGV International and The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia, as well as The Fox: NGV Contemporary upon its anticipated opening.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Retail food and beverage operations
- Event and function catering
- Hospitality experiences
- Associated visitor engagement initiatives across the Gallery's premier dining destinations
Instructions to Tenderers
This Expression of Interest (EOI) forms the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Respondents shortlisted through the EOI process will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Tender (RFT).
Contract Terms and Conditions
- The catering services contract is anticipated to commence on 21 May, 2027
- The proposed contract term is anticipated to comprise an initial term of five (5) years
- Extension options of three (3) years and two (2) years
