Overview
Defence Housing Australia is seeking a provider to deliver artificial intelligence advisory services, producing a set of strategic deliverables to inform DHA's AI-enabled future state.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Development of a clear AI-enabled future state, expressed in business terms including services, outcomes, decisions and capabilities
- Development of a targeted portfolio of high-value AI use cases aligned to modern platforms and clean data foundations, including guidance on what should not be built on legacy systems
- An AI and data gap analysis covering data quality, records and information management, target domain design, skills and governance
- Technology and data recommendations covering target architecture, AI platforms, enablement layers, lifecycle management, monitoring and controls
- A strategic roadmap identifying sequencing, dependencies, decision gates, indicative costs and resourcing considerations
- A high-level AI risk assessment aligned to ASD and whole-of-government principles, grounded in AI, data and architectural realities
