Overview
The City of West Torrens (the Council) invites tenders from tenderers for the provision of the Richmond Oval - New Changeroom Building and Remediation Works to Grandstand (the Works). The Council will enter into a contract for the Works with the successful tenderer.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Construction of a new changeroom building at Richmond Oval
- Remediation works to the grandstand at Richmond Oval
Contractor Requirements
- Compliance with the Council's online tool for managing contractors' Work Health and Safety (WHS) systems is a mandatory requirement, as detailed in Schedule 6. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a non-conforming submission, and such submissions will not be considered during the evaluation process
