Nitrogen Purging Skid

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Monadelphous is undertaking construction of the greenfield Brigalow Peaking Power Plant (PPP), a gas-fired power station being delivered for CS Energy. As part of this project, Monadelphous requires the detail design and supply of fabricated nitrogen purging skids (valve skids), and is inviting expressions of interest from parties with the capability and desire to be included on a tender list to quote the works described below.

About

The Facility involves the construction of a nominal multi-unit 400 MW (nominal installed capacity at ISO conditions) natural gas fired power plant, with hydrogen blend capability, using a fast start power generation configuration based on 12 aero-derivative LM2500Xpress Units (gas turbine plus ancillaries' package).

Scope

The Scope of Supply is for the design, supply, manufacture, factory acceptance testing, transport to Site, and commissioning support of the mobile nitrogen system equipment based on the details provided with the tender documentation.

The Supplier shall supply the following items/equipment:

• 1 off Nitrogen Pressure Reducing Skid (Tag 00QJD30)
• 1 off Mobile Nitrogen Purging Skid (Tag OOQDJD31)

The scope includes:

• Design and engineering, including design reviews, workshops and risk assessments
• Supplier's vendor data documents
• Supply of valves, flanges, gaskets, pipe, steelwork, grating, gauges, instruments, handrails, hoses, couplings, pipe fittings, cables, junction boxes, strainers, and accessories
• Fabrication and assembly
• Testing, including pressure testing, control system testing, factory acceptance testing, and relief valve testing
• Commissioning support (on-site)
• Commissioning spares (including strainers)
• Operating and maintenance spares
• Skid earthing system
• Delivery to site (Incoterm DAP)
