Tender Description
Overview
The Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) is inviting operators to apply to join a panel arrangement for the hire of aircraft and simulator services.
Scope
Operators are invited to provide the following services under this panel arrangement:
- Aircraft hire for transportation needs where a CASA officer is to be pilot in command
- Aircraft hire for flight checking of navigational aids (NAVAIDs), airways, instrument approaches and aerodromes
- Simulator hire for instrument approach data validation
- Aircraft and simulator hire for flight training (Part 141 and/or Part 142 Certification applicable), aircraft type conversion or flight currency
- Aircraft and simulator hire for flight instruction
- Related support services and equipment
Contract Terms and Conditions
The Panel is scheduled to commence from 1 October 2026. Successful Operators will be issued a Deed of Standing Offer for an initial term of 5 years. The Panel will remain open for receiving applications during this time.
