Overview
The Ministry of Justice (NZ) is inviting capable and experienced Main Contractors to submit their interest for the New Plymouth High/District Court Reconfiguration and Seismic Remediation Project, as Stage 1 of a multi-stage procurement process.

Instructions to Tenderers
This is a multi-stage procurement approach. Stage 1: Registration of Interest will be undertaken to identify a maximum of four shortlisted respondents, who will be invited to a closed competitive Stage 2: Request for Tender.
Respondents should refer to the Registration of Interest documentation for further details, and subscribe to the GETS notice to be alerted to any further updates.
To gain access to the full tender document suite (including Appendices D-N), respondents must complete the confidentiality agreement found at Appendix B and return it to property.procurement@justice.govt.nz. The document suite will then be released via 'SHIFT for Outlook'.
