Tender Description
This trade package covers the supply and installation of one operable wall consisting of six panels, including a panel-hung pass door, with a finished size of approximately 2700mm high by 6200mm wide. The system will include double-glazed, clear laminated glass panels within a standard 50mm perimeter frame, achieving an acoustic rating of Rw 47, compliant with AS1288 and tested to AS1276. Panels will feature interlocking stiles, field-replaceable faces, and be finished with a powder-coated frame and track, with final colour to be confirmed.
The operable wall will be suspended from a ceiling-mounted track, fixed to structural steel support, and will incorporate sweep seals to the head track and retractable seals at the base for effective acoustic sealing. When fully opened, panels will park in a remote stack arrangement, operated via a track system with directional diverters for ease of movement.
The installation includes all necessary hardware, including a lever handle to the pass door, and provides for a complete handover to the end user.
