Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Essential Energy is seeking specialist technical advice on the classification and governance of Dual Function Assets across its regulated asset base. For the purposes of this work, the definition of Dual Function Assets is that in PART N NER 6.241

The engagement is intended to deliver a practical and defensible framework that can be applied consistently to current and future asset decisions as detailed in the Scope of Services.
