Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises of:

  • General plumbing repairs to fixtures and fittings
  • Replacement of plumbing fixtures and fittings
  • Service of pressure pumps
  • Hydro boil type hot water units
  • solar hot water units and the like 
  • Testing and reporting on thermostatic mixing valves
  • backflow valves. Sewer and Sullage waste collection and disposal
  • Gas Fitting repairs and new works
  • General roof repairs and maintenance.
  • Filtration maintenance and repairs
  • Steam systems
