This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
AMSA seeks to identify a preferred supplier capable of providing ICT operational support services and surge capacity resources on an as-required basis to support operational continuity, service delivery, transition activities, stabilisation activities and workforce resilience.
Engagements established under this RFQ may include:
- Individual personnel engagements, where named personnel are provided to perform specialist roles within blended delivery and operational teams.
- Ad hoc work packages, where AMSA requires short-term specialist assistance, operational support or discrete pieces of work on an as-needed basis.
- Surge capacity engagements, where rapid access to suitably qualified personnel to address operational risks, workforce attrition, transition requirements, incident response activities, specialist capability gaps or unplanned workload increases.
AMSA is seeking service providers that can demonstrate:
- Access to highly skilled resources capable of operating effectively within blended operational and transition teams.
- The ability to rapidly mobilise personnel and scale services up or down in response to changing demand.
- Proven capability operating within multi-vendor environments.
- Mature delivery, governance and quality management practices.
- Demonstrated experience supporting knowledge transfer, capability uplift and transition activities.
- Access to specialist operational expertise across relevant ICT service domains.
