Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are invited from licensed insured demolition contractors to clear a site in Crows Nest, NSW.
Scope:
- demolition of all partly demolished structures and rubbish down to clean soil
- removal of any asbestos/hazardous material
- waste sorting, recycling and disposal as per guidelines
- dust, noise and sediment/erosion controls
- traffic and pedestrian management as required
- protection of adjoining property and public frontages
Contractors should provide:
- company details and capability statement
- licence details and insurances (minimum 20M public liability & workers comp)
