This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Federal Register of Legislation is a legislation publishing and management system owned and managed by the Office of Parliamentary Counsel (OPC). It consists of an application and three websites hosted in a commercial cloud environment.
The system provides:
- a portal for Australian Government employees from other agencies to lodge legislation and related documents for registration and publication;
- a portal for OPC employees to review and register agency lodgements as well as lodge and register other legislation and related documents; and
- a public website.
The purpose of this engagement is to undertake an IRAP assessment of the Register security controls in accordance with current ISM guidelines. A final written report that includes a summary of the findings as well as the detailed findings of the assessment is required. The report is required to be provided as an initial draft for comment prior to the final report.
