Job details
This role supports communication and changes activities to ensure business, policy, and operational stakeholders (internal/external) are informed, prepared, and aligned before, during and after system changes and releases relating to the Government Provider Management System, Aged Care Gateway and the Business to Government platforms.
The scope of work on this role includes undertaking change management for system releases, including but not limited to development, clearance, and delivery of release communications, developing change impact assessment and mitigation planning, including delivery milestones inform timing, scope, and accuracy of communications.This role also includes coordination of release readiness activities across business, policy, and delivery teams, including drive updates to user guides, external training content, and readiness materials.
