Job details
The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW), requires the services of an experienced Interaction Designer (User Experience/ User Designer) IT contractor to join a multidisciplinary team to undertake evidence-based user research, design and testing of scenarios and interaction patterns of user interfaces for critical business systems.
The role requires the ability to apply human-centred design (HCD) methods – user research, persona development, journey mapping, process mapping and usability evaluation – to design a usable, accessible, operationally viable and effective user interface for data driven systems.
