Tender Description
Hepburn Shire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to replace a retaining wall at the Daylesford Community Childcare Centre (81 West Street, Daylesford) that is at risk of failure.
Scope includes:
- demolition and removal of existing structure
- replacement of 21.5 meters of retaining wall ranging in height from 400mm to 1100mm
- Connections to drainage
- Working with Children Check required
- Council will obtain a building permit.
Access to site is limited.
Site briefing 18 June at 3pm at the Daylesford Community Childcare Centre.
