Tender Description
Austin Health is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced vendor to deliver the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
The solution will support comprehensive financial planning and management processes, including:
- End-to-end planning and forecasting across Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and Capital/Project expenditure
- Monthly forecasting capabilities supported by robust modelling tools
- Long-term financial planning (up to 10 years), incorporating CPI-based projections
- Advanced budgeting methodologies, including trend-based and zero-based budgeting with customised phasing aligned to activity drivers (e.g. NWAU targets)
- Granular planning capability at both Chart of Accounts and cost centre level
Delivery Approach
The implementation is expected to be completed over an estimated 5-6-month period, including four (4)-weeks hyper care. The vendor will be required to provide an on-site implementation team to support delivery.
