Tender Description
Austin Health is seeking suitably qualified and experienced suppliers of Billing and Invoicing systems that meet the requirements of our organisation.
The aim of the questionnaire is to :
- Better understand the market capability and identify experienced suppliers who can provide a Billing System to support Austin Health
- Understand the different systems in the market, including benefits and features
- Understand those systems that will enable Austin Health to maintain and meet National Standards
- Identify suppliers with Health Sector experience within Australia
- Understand the indicative costs (both CAPITAL and OPERATING) of a new system in order to secure funding
- Understand suppliers capabilities to interface with existing sub - systems, patient administration systems, scanned records, and external systems such as My Health Record.
Following the evaluation of the PQQ submissions, suitable suppliers maybe shortlisted and invited to respond to a formal Invitation to Supply (ITS).
