This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Job details:
- Release Management: Lead the Release Planning and Co coordination and execution of releases, including major, minor, and patch releases.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement release assurance strategies to ensure the quality and integrity of Salesforce & MuleSoft configurations, customisations, and integrations. This includes B2G and Provider scope
- Release Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with releases, and develop mitigation plans to minimise disruptions to business operations and provide executive briefings where required.
- Release Issue Resolution: Collaborate with impacted parties to agree and deliver the required actions to resolve issues at a release level (being issues that span / impact more than one stream of work).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Architects, Design Assurance team, Build Assurance Team, platform administrators, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand release requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Testing and Validation: Collaborate and advise on the design and execution of comprehensive testing plans with ETQA, across functional testing, regression testing, and UAT team across user acceptance testing, penetration testing with ITSA and performance testing with ETQA, to validate the functionality of Salesforce releases.
- Change Management: Participate and drive change management processes to communicate release schedules, supported by the PMO, impacts, and enhancements to relevant stakeholders, and ensure smooth transitions to new functionalities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain E2E release plan and detailed documentation of release processes, configurations, and test results, and provide regular status updates and reports on release assurance activities. This includes updates to the weekly FAS pack.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimise overall. This includes working collaboratively with the design and build hubs as well as the platform and environment teams.
- Operational Readiness Management: Work with stakeholders to define criteria for operational readiness including performance benchmark, security requirements, scalability considerations and compliance standards. Track the overall development and completion of Operation Readiness Checklists by project managers.
- Production Release Escalation: Act as an escalation point during both production dress rehearsals and production go live, working closely with release management and technical teams to decide on next steps when issues are encountered.
- Warranty Management: This includes actively managing and triaging the warranty defects between stakeholders including the business representatives and production support (level 3) that achieves timely resolution of defects within warranty.

- Release Run Sheet for SF and ACG releases
- Creation of any testing strategies and plans in relation to PEN/UAT/ Accessibility/Functional and Performance.
- Defining the scope and prioritisation of releases
- Technical quality assurance completed by Build Hub
- Design assurance completed by the Design Hub
- Completion of Operational Readiness Checklists
