Pega Content Analyst is responsible for planning, designing and developing highly engaging informational, training, reference materials and technical artefacts to support the Pega Platform, Pega applications and departmental requirements.
Designs content and appearance of complex technical information deliverables. Controls, monitors, and evaluates content to ensure quality, consistency and accessibility of messages and optimal use of chosen media. Understands and manages risks associated with publishing content. Moderates content and ensure content can be re-purposed appropriately. A hybrid role connecting business processes with Pega technology, bridging the gap between business analysts and IT.
