The Land is approximately 240m2. The property is a vacant commercial building and zoned Local Centre.

The building, formerly the Commonwealth Bank at Mount Morgan, was constructed in 1913 as the Government Savings Bank, and became a branch of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in 1921. The bank closed in 1998 and has since been used for other ad hoc storage purposes.
