Residential Property Leasing and Managing Agent

⁠⁠⁠The Hills Shire Council is currently seeking appropriately qualified and experienced respondents for the provision of services outlined in the specifications.

The Hills Shire Council Invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Residential Property Management and Leasing agencies to manage the Residential Portfolio.

The successful respondent will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Council’s residential assets, including (but not limited to) tenant liaison, lease administration, rent collection, arrears management, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, compliance with relevant legislation, and provision of strategic advice to optimise asset performance.

Scope of Work

Property management services for leased and vacant residential properties, including but not limited to:

• Processing applications and completing screening and due diligence on prospective tenants

• Tenant liaison

• Lease administration

• Rental bond management

• Rent collection.

• Arrears control.

• Ingoing and outgoing inspections

• Routine inspections

• Maintenance coordination

• Compliance with relevant legislation

• Provide end of month statements and any other financial budgeting and forecasting upon request.

• Marketing vacant properties
